PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame-structured custom kitchen in which different kinds of pipes and wires are able to be separately supported, the size of frame material members can easily be adjusted in assembling, and various kinds of devices or other members can easily be installed by its greater flexibility for assembly. SOLUTION: A custom kitchen 1 has a frame structure which makes up a whole or partial framework by an assembly of frame material members 10. The frame material members 10 are provided with piping and wiring pathways 50 for passing pipes and wires, connection fitting joints 41 for connecting frame material members 10 with each other, and device connection gutters 42 for connecting devices other than frame material members 10. At least two of the piping wiring pathway 50, connection fitting joint 41, and device connection gutters 42 are placed in a dual-purpose groove 40 capable of serving for multiple use.
