PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric shaver which can efficiently raise hair while restraining an effect on a skin surface. SOLUTION: The electric shaver has a body 3 which a user grasps, an outer blade 11 arranged at the end of the body 3, and an inner blade 13 arranged in the inward of the outer blade 11 and moving backward and forward along the outer blade 11 in the longitudinal direction.
