LIQUID CRYSTAL SCREEN AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

A liquid crystal screen (9) comprises a glass substrate (3), ITO electrodes (5), liquid crystal (6) and polarizing plates (7). The special feature of the liquid crystal display screen is that a color polarizing spectroscope (4) is placed between a light-feeding side glass substrate (3) and a ITO electrode (5), or between a light-feeding side ITO electrode (5) and liquid crystal (6). The color polarizing spectroscope (4) comprises a pixel matrix. Each pixel comprises three sub-pixels or a single pixel. The three sub-pixels are respectively consisted of metallic wire-grids (1) with different width and period. The three sub-pixels are respectively corresponding to the R, G, B sub-pixels in liquid crystal display. The single pixel is also consisted of metallic wire-grid (1). The single pixel is corresponding to the pixel in the liquid crystal display. The directions of the wire-grids (1) are same. A liquid crystal display device is also disclosed.
