Provided is a body position/body pressure control device which can detect body pressure distribution with high accuracy without giving an uncomfortable feeling to a sleeping person, change the body position, and disperse the body pressure. A body position/body pressure control device (1) is provided with a mattress (2) which has a plurality of divided parts (21) and supports a sleeping person (S), an elastomer sensor (3), and a body pressure adjustment means (5) which changes the body pressure distribution of the sleeping person (S) by controlling the respective divided parts (21) on the basis of an instruction from the elastomer sensor (3). The elastomer sensor (3) is provided with a sheet sensor body (30) comprising a sensor thin film (31) produced from an elastomer, a plurality of electrodes (01X, 01Y), a plurality of detection units (A0101) formed between the electrodes (01X, 01Y) and disposed to correspond to the divided parts (21), and a calculation unit (40).
