A fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition which comprises 0.1 to 10% by mass of a (meth)acrylic polymer, 1 to 70% by mass of a reinforcing fiber, and 20 to 98.9% by mass of a thermoplastic resin, wherein the (meth)acrylic resin has, in side chains, at least one kind of functional groups selected from among hydroxyl, carboxyl, amido and ureido, and exhibits a cohesive energy density (CED) of 385 to 550MPa. When a polyolefin resin is used as the matrix resin, in particular, excellent adhesiveness is developed, whereby a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition with excellent mechanical characteristics is provided. Further, a reinforcing fiber bundle is also provided. |
