<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect microorganisms without omission and flatten a specimen containing the microorganisms. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting the microorganisms, comprising filtering to collect the microorganisms in the specimen on a membrane filter and detecting the microorganisms from the membrane filter, is characterized by including a flattening process for fixing the microorganism-collected membrane filter to a flat plate with a fixing agent in a state facing a microorganism-collected surface and then dissolving only the membrane filter with a dissolving agent without dissolving the fixing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
