DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SPEECH CHANGE, PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for speech change, along with a program and a recording medium, capable of identifying speech of an optional person, and improving the identified speech.

SOLUTION: The speech change device includes: a searcher for searching a cut where only a person indicated by a user is photographed, in a video data including a cut where a plurality of persons are photographed; a speech recognizer for recognizing speech from the cut searched by the searcher; and a speech changer for changing speech of the person matching the speech recognized by the speech recognizer.
