<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter and a photoelectric conversion module excellent in heat dissipation property. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric converter 2 includes an element mounting substrate 5, a photoelectric conversion element 7 provided in the central region of the upper face of the element mounting substrate 5, a frame 10 provided at the upper face of the element mounting substrate 5 while surrounding the photoelectric conversion element 7, a lower portion joined to the upper face of the element mounting substrate 5, extending toward a circumferential region located at the periphery of the central region from the central region, a light collecting member 9 provided in a region overlapping with the photoelectric conversion element 7 while being joined to the upper portion of the frame 10, and a conductive member 11 provided in a region overlapping with the frame 10 in a plane view, being provided in the lower face of the element mounting substrate 5, wherein the thermal expansion coefficient of the frame 10 and the conductive member 11 is larger than the thermal expansion coefficient of the element mounting substrate 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
