<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat-shrinkable film which satisfies shrink finishability, is excellent in heat shrinkage properties, mechanical properties such as breaking resistance and impact resistance, and transparency and is suitable for purposes such as shrink packaging, shrink bundle packaging and a shrink label. <P>SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable multilayer film is obtained by stretching a multilayer film, which has at least two layers of: a (I) layer comprising a resin composition including a polylactic acid resin (A), a (meth)acrylic resin (B), a polyolefin resin (C) and a compatibilizing agent (D) for improving the compatibility between the polylactic acid resin (A) and the polyolefin resin (C); and a (II) layer comprising another resin composition which is based on the polylactic acid resin (A) and includes core-shell rubber (E). When the heat-shrinkable multilayer film is stretched to at least one direction and immersed in warm water of 80°C for 10 seconds, thermal shrinkage in the main shrinking direction is≥20%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
