<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation device allowing reduction of image processing while displaying a moving object as a three-dimensional image having a realistic feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The image generation device previously sets a moving route MR through which a virtual camera VC moves in a virtual three-dimensional space, determines an in-plane position of an enemy plane E in an object plane OP present at a prescribed distance from the virtual camera VC, and determines a plane position as a position in the virtual three-dimensional space of the object plane OP according to a position of the virtual camera VC. The image generation device determines an in-space position as a position of the enemy plane E in the virtual three-dimensional space based on the in-plane position and the plane position. When disposing a three-dimensional model of the enemy plane E in the in-space position, the image generation device generates the three-dimensional image when performing viewing from the virtual camera VC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
