PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored resin composition capable of improving the light resistance of a color filter, and also to provide a color filter and an organic electro-luminescence display both using it.

SOLUTION: There is provided a colored resin composition containing a lake pigment using a laking agent consisting of phosphomolybdic acid, and a color filter and an organic electro-luminescence display both using it.
