CORRECTION METHOD AND CORRECTION PROGRAM OF ULTRASONIC DOPPLER METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction method and a correction program of an ultrasonic Doppler method for automatic measurement of a speedy flow and an intense flow and for folding correction at a light calculation load. SOLUTION: The correction method of flow velocity measurement uses an ultrasonic Doppler method. The method includes the steps of: calculating a plurality of flow velocity distributions showing the relationship between the position in a fluid and a flow velocity by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic wave multiple times to the fluid (step 216); obtaining statistics of the frequency of appearance of the flow velocity data by overlapping the plurality of flow velocity distributions in a position direction (step 220); setting a flow velocity with minimum frequency of appearance out of the statistics as a threshold (step 224); and in each flow velocity distribution not overlapping with each other, correcting the flow velocity distributions by moving any one of flow velocity data greater than the threshold or smaller than the threshold to the outside of a measuring range and up-and-down opposite side (step 230 and step 234).
