PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric sensor capable of reducing manufacturing cost and facilitating assembling. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric sensor is equipped with: a piezoelectric body (10); a diaphragm (20) which forms a vibrator (2) capable of transmitting or receiving an ultrasonic wave with the piezoelectric body; conductive wires (16, 26) which are pulled out of the vibrator to make the vibrator conductive with terminals (80, 82) to be connected to a circuit board; a base (42) which supports the vibrator on a surface (44) at the opposite side of a surface (54) for holding the terminals; and a case (40) which is erected along the peripheral edge of the base, has circumferential walls (70) which surround the vibrator, respectively, and in which the base and the surrounding wall are integrally formed.
