PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a ball sensor used as an inclination sensor in which although an inclination state can be acquired depending on a conduction state or non-conduction state thereof, the inclination in changing from the conduction state to the non-conduction state differs from the inclination in changing from the non-conduction state to the conduction state. SOLUTION: In the inclination sensor including a first electrode, a second electrode and a conductive ball, when the first electrode and the second electrode are in the conduction state, a first curvature radius at a contact point of the first electrode and the conductive ball passes the center of the conductive ball, and a second curvature radius at a contact point of the second electrode and the conductive ball passes the center of the conductive ball.
