PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dissipate heat of heat dissipating members from air holes for heat dissipation of a case and to prevent dust and dirt entering from the air holes for heat dissipation from sticking on a substrate. SOLUTION: An electronic unit 1 includes a box-shaped case 3 having the air holes 34 for heat dissipation provided to a side wall 32a, and a unit body 2 having a heat generating component 23, a low-heat-resistance component 24, and the heat dissipating members 25 for dissipating heat of the heat generating component provided to the substrate 21, and the heat generating component 23, the low-heat-resistance component 24, and the heat dissipating members 25 are stored in a case 3 together with the substrate 21 of the unit body 2. The electronic unit includes a heat shielding partition plate 11 comprising a heat dissipating member mounting plate 12 disposed between the substrate 21 and heat dissipating members 25 and mounted with the heat dissipating members 25, and a section wall 13 forming, inside the case, a space 4 for heat dissipation in which the heat dissipating members 25 are surrounded with the heat dissipating member mounting plate 12 and a case internal wall 35 including the side wall 32a having the air holes 34 for heat dissipation formed.
