PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when setting the whole area in a storage medium of a mobile terminal as a wear levelling target, reliability of data required with the reliability is not secured because the data required with the reliability and data not required with the reliability are protected at the same degree though can extend a service life of a memory device. SOLUTION: Data in this mobile terminal are classified into protection target data and data that are not a protection target, and a wear levelling target range is changed according to an erasure frequency of a block, and the kinds of the protection target data and the data that are not the protection target.
