PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic control system, such as an air traffic control system which detects an error when a person in charge of control accidentally utters radio call sign (aircraft identification name) of an object of control instruction. SOLUTION: When the person in charge of control (air traffic controller M) selects an object of control as the object of control instruction set at present from control object information currently displayed on a control object display means (air traffic control information processing system 10) by an incorrect utterance detection notifying means (air traffic control object aircraft selection means 21, microphone 22, transmitter 23, voice recognition device 24, aircraft identification name extraction means 25, aircraft identification name comparison means 26, alarm output means 27 and speaker 28), utters voice for control instruction and performs control instruction via radio communication, the voice for control instruction of the person in charge of control is analyzed. When the analysis result shows that it is different from the selected object of control, the purport that the utterance is incorrect is reported to the person in charge of control.
