PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology effective for reducing the sizes of transfer pumps each of which transfers transferred water introduced from a suction port into a pump housing, to a discharge port with the flow of transferring gas. SOLUTION: A water treatment device 100 includes a first air lift pump 140 and a second air lift pump 180 each having a distribution passage in the pump housing, the distribution passage including a first distribution passage extending from the suction port downward to a lower region in the pump housing, a second distribution passage extending from the lower region upward to the discharge port, and a defining part for defining the first distribution passage and the second distribution passage.
