PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new rice cake sweet prepared by wrapping an ingredient such as strawberry with rice cake. SOLUTION: The rice cake stuffed with an ingredient is characterized by press-flattening a rice cake and then wrapping the ingredient such as strawberry with the flattened rice cake. Although a conventional rice cake stuffed with an ingredient is prepared by wrapping the ingredient and a bean jam with a rice cake skin, the present rice cake stuffed with an ingredient is prepared by wrapping the ingredient with the flattened rice cake.
