The housing (1) has a cover (2) for covering a part of the housing and connected with the housing over a fixing device. A cover plate (6) of the cover covers a part of the cover and is movably mounted on the cover. The cover plate blocks access to an access area utilized for actuating the fixing device and allows access to an area (18) utilized for connecting the supply voltage at a port (4), when the cover plate is in a closure position. The cover plate allows access to the access area and blocks access to the connection area, when the cover plate is in an open position.
