PURPOSE: An optical waveguide apparatus using three dimensional liquid core and liquid cladding in a micro channel and an optical waveguide method using the same are provided to efficiently block vertical direction optical loss to the side of a channel wall, which is problem in two dimension optical wave guide technology, by applying 3D liquid core and liquid cladding optical wave guide. CONSTITUTION: A micro channel conduit line(10) has a curved pipe which is bent with a predetermined bending angle to form dean swirl in micro fluid. First cladding fluid is putted into a first cladding fluid input part(30) which is connected to one end of the micro channel conduit line. Core fluid is put into a core fluid input part(20), which is connected the first cladding fluid input part with a predetermined input angle in one end, along the flow direction of the first cladding fluid. An optical fiber(60) outputs the light irradiated from a predetermined light source(62) to the inside of the core fluid by being combined in one side of the core fluid input part. |
