The method involves detecting values (101) of a measurand i.e. time difference, during constant flow with sensors, and calculating location parameter i.e. mean, (102) from the detected values. Dispersion parameter i.e. standard error, is calculated (103) from the detected values and the location parameter. The detection of values and the calculation of location and dispersion parameters are carried out (104) until the dispersion parameter reaches a threshold value. The location parameter is utilized (107) as a characteristic for correction of measurements of a Coriolis mass flowmeter. |
