PURPOSE: A nonslip rail track for a powerless sightseeing leisure cart system is provided to enable many viewers to approach areas requiring nature protection and prevent slip between cart wheels and a rail track. CONSTITUTION: A nonslip rail track for a powerless sightseeing leisure cart system comprises slits that are formed on right and left upper corners of a track which contact an elastic layer(101) installed on the periphery of a rail cart wheel(100). The number of the slits is 50~80 and the depth of the slits is 0.5~1.5mm.
