PURPOSE: An indicating method of component takeout location and an electronic component mounting apparatus are provided to indicate the takeout location of big components which do not enter to the camera view. CONSTITUTION: A 1 step(S01) calculates the number of partition for partitively taking an electronic component image. Take an entire component image by repeating the 1 step(S02). A plurality of images is composed(S03). The composed images and a graphic of an indicating member are displayed in monitor(S04). The composed images and the graphic are transferred for being arranged in the monitor and an amount of shift is stored in a storage device(S05).
