PURPOSE: A motor-operated valve is provided to prevent fluid from leaking through a distribution hole by reinforcing the closing force of the distribution hole. CONSTITUTION: A motor-operated valve(1a) opens and closes a distribution hole(21) of a body(20a) having inlet and outlet paths by ascending and descending a valve coupling body of a stem(30a). The inlet path is higher than the outlet path. The stem is connected to a motor located at the top end of the body. A connection rod(31) is ascended and descended when the motor is rotated. A valve fixing and sealing assembly(35) is coupled to a stem coupling hole(24) formed in the top end of the body and prevents fluid flowing into the body from leaking the stem coupling hole. A pressure reducing valve body(41) is coupled to the bottom end of the connection rod and first reduces the pressure of the fluid. A main valve body is coupled to the pressure reducing valve body and second reduces the pressure of the fluid.
