PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a conductive cold mounting specimen for an SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) is provided to reduce cost to prepare a specimen, increase strength to support the specimen by a composite material of resin and copper powder and form a heat-resistant mold. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a conductive cold mounting specimen for an SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) is as follows. A conductive molding material is prepared by dispersing conductive metallic powder to curable resin. The conductive molding material with a specimen is filled in a cold mounting kit(22). Metallic powder is deposited around the specimen according to specific gravity difference between the curable resin and the metallic powder. A conductive mold layer is formed on a lower part surrounding the specimen and a low-viscosity resin layer is formed on the upper part of the conductive mold layer. |
