ATTACHING METHOD OF MOTHER-OF-PEAR FOR MOBILE CASE OR COVER

PURPOSE: A method for attaching a mother-of-pear to a mobile case or cover made of synthetic resins is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force between the mother-of-pear and the synthetic resin while avoiding excessive instant adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A method for attaching a mother-of-pear to a mobile case or cover made of synthetic resins comprises the steps of: coating the upper and lower sides of the mother-of-pear with liquid transparent epoxy, liquid transparent acryl or transparent formica; cutting the edge of the mother-of-pearl which the coating layer is formed according to the design to form the cut mother-of-pearl; mixing instant adhesives, polyvinyl alcohol, and glue; adhering the adhesive mixture to a mobile case or cover; irradiating ultraviolet rays to form a UV curable layer on a transparent coating layer(20); and installing the transparent synthetic resin film on the transparent coating layer and heating the film.
