PURPOSE: A structure is provided to reduce construction time and manpower required by facilitating the installation of a wall which can emit negative ions or far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a metal beam(10), a functional panel(20), and an electro galvanizing steel plate(30). The metal beam forms the structure of a building. A respective insertion hole is formed in the opposite side of the metal beam. The functional panel emits negative ion or far infrared rays. A tourmaline panel, a sericite panel, yellow soil, a hardwood charcoal panel, and a precious stone panel are inserted to the insertion hole of the metal beam in order to fix the functional panel. The galvanized sheet covers up the outside of a building. The outside of the building is made of the metal beam and functional panel.
