HEAD GASKET HAVING INTEGRATED BEAD AND STOPPER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bead-stopper integrated head gasket and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the loss of materials by removing a caulking protrusion and optimizing the size of a core stopper plate. CONSTITUTION: A bead-stopper integrated head gasket comprises a bead plate(22) and a core stopper plate(21). The bead plate is made of a thin metal plate with substrate holes(22c) and beads. The core stopper plate has the same width as the bead plate and is attached to a side of the bead plate. The edges of the core stopper plate are transformed and attached to the bead plate by laser welding.
