PURPOSE: A security film for a large-sized display and a method for fabricating the same are provided to confirm the information displayed on the display by converting the slope of an opaque layer from the central part of the film to the edge thereof according to the distance. CONSTITUTION: A security film(710) for a large-sized display is manufactured by rotating and cutting a cylindrical film lamination layer formed by alternatively laminating a circular transparent layer and an opaque layer(121). The slope of the opaque layer is different between the central region and the edge region of the security film. The opaque layer is vertically formed in the central region of the security film and the slope thereof is reduced toward the edge thereof.
