PURPOSE: A method for eliminating combined bad odor in a granulated fertilizer manufacturing process is provided to previously collect bad odor and recycle bad odor-based gas by adding optimal heating, drying, and cleaning processes to the granulated fertilizer manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: Volatile bad odor materials are discharged and combusted by heating and stirring a binder agent at temperature between 40 and 85 degrees Celsius(S10). The binder agent is diluted with a diluent, and an alkaline agent is added to the diluted binder agent to obtain a binder solution(S20). The binder solution is mixed with slag powder. The slag powder is granulated to obtain a granulated fertilizer(S30). The granulated fertilizer is heated and dried based on heating source at temperature between 500 and 1100 degrees Celsius(S40). Ammonia gas is generated by reacting the binder solution and the slag powder. An ammonia solution is collected by cleaning the ammonia gas with water, the pH thereof is between 6.5 and 7.5(S50). Ammonium sulfate is collected by cleaning the ammonia gas with a sulfate solution(S60). |
