PURPOSE: A brushless motor starting method and control device are provided to control a rotor in a fixed position by controlling the duty by PWM signal. CONSTITUTION: A stator(14) has coil on 3. A magnet rotor(15) is formed in the stator. Two conducting is controlled to the duty. Two conducting is controlled to the duty by PWM signal. Three coils are conducted by the brushless motor.
