<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric elastomer composite material that has a wide stress range where piezoelectric effect can manifest itself, superior durability, and a small aging in the piezoelectric effect, and to provide a method for manufacturing the piezoelectric elastomer composite material. SOLUTION: This piezoelectric elastomer composite material 1 contains piezoelectric ceramics powder 2 and an elastomer base 3, and polymer 21 grows from the surface of the piezoelectric ceramics powder 2. The manufacturing method of the piezoelectric elastomer composite material includes a process (A) for introducing a polymerization functional group 22 onto the surface of the piezoelectric ceramics powder 2, a process (B) for growing the polymer 21 from the polymerization functional group 22, and a process (C) for mixing the piezoelectric ceramics powder 2 with the elastomer base 3.</p> |
