<p>Provided is a communication device which allows: a plurality of communication systems of different communication schemes to coexist on a same communication medium; a simple configuration to satisfy QoS requirements; and an occupancy rate of a medium to be set in detail. A coexistence signal cycle T (209) is divided into M periods by using communication slot units (207) each comprising N communication slots. At least one of the communication slots in each communication slot unit (207) is defined as a "D-Slot" thereby enabling acquisition of a right for performing communication M/X times in the coexistence signal cycle T (209), and a communication slot in each communication slot unit (207) other than the D-Slot is defined as an "S-Slot" thereby enabling acquisition of a right for performing communication M times in the coexistence signal cycle T (209). Then, allocation of a communication band to be exclusively used by a communication system of the communication device, is performed in units of 1/X for the communication slot D-Slot and in units of 1 for the communication slot S-Slot.</p> |
