PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine equipped with a variable display device achieving minute display control with reduced control load. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a game control means 200 that provides commands for display control to a display control means 100 one by one according to the control motion. The commands for display control are composed of information showing identifiers indicating the types of commands and the contents to be performed, and are defined to be equipped with only a single display control command function. Also the game control means 100 provides a fluctuation time specifying command that corresponds to either of the specified times to the display control means 100 when conducting the control motion for making the patterns in a fluctuating state during either one of the several specified times set and provides a fluctuation stop command to the display control means 100 when conducting the control motion for making all the patterns in a stop state.
