PURPOSE: An alcohol distillation apparatus of an ice-freezing type is provided to improve heat exchange device structure and to simplify operation. CONSTITUTION: An alcohol distillation apparatus of an ice-freezing type comprises: a liquor container(110) for storing general liquor such as Makkoli(white rice wine); a heating device(120) for heating liquor in the liquor container and distilling the liquor in a liquid state; a steam coagulation tube(130) which collects steam and coagulating the steam; a steam induction tube(140) which is formed in a tube shape with a certain length; a cooling water circulation tube(150) which is formed between the inside and the outside of the steam coagulation tube in a coil form; and a heat exchange device(200). |
