PURPOSE: An oiling system having an RFID reader and information reading method using the same are provided to prevent illegal oil price subsidy provision and to refund oil price to a designated accounting number. CONSTITUTION: Tag information issues to an oil price subsidy object vehicle. An RFID tag(101) includes unique certification number information and attached to the vehicle. A mobile RFID terminal(200) reads out unique identification number to the vehicle. The mobile RFID terminal transmits a unique number of an RFID tag in the vehicle through communication network.
