PURPOSE: A fire door damage preventing device is provided to prevent the distortion of a fire door using a reinforcement latch which is inserted into a panel of the fire door. CONSTITUTION: A fire door damage preventing device comprises a reinforcement latch(50). The reinforcement latch adheres closely to the lateral direction of a fire door(10). The reinforcement latch is inserted in only door lock installed side. The fire door is fixed and coupled with a door frame(30) using a hinge to be opened and closed. The outside of the fire door is formed in the same location as the door frame locates. The reinforcement latch is vertically fitted in a panel of the door lock installed side. An insulating material is filled in the inner side of the fire door. |
