PURPOSE: A complex power pulling device for an underground cable is provided to bury a new cable with small manpower in a narrow space by installing a cable winding device through the movement and parking of a main vehicle with a power drum device. CONSTITUTION: A main power drum device(12) is loaded on the loading box of a main truck. The main power drum device is connected to a main reducer and a clutch device to wind a rope or collect a power cable. A rope sub winch device(16) is formed on the other side of the main power drum device and winds the rope. A tension device includes an upper roll and a lower roll which prevent the slip of the cable and collects the cable. An automatic cable cutting device automatically cuts the cable collected between the tension device and the cable loading space by 2m. |
