PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing noises and vibrations in medical treatment is provided to reduce the fear of patients and hearing loss possibility of patients, doctors, or nurses. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing noises and vibrations in medical treatment comprises: a vibration detection unit(110) sensing the vibration delivered from a diagnosing apparatus to the human body; a noise detection unit(120) sensing the noise due to the operation of the diagnosing apparatus; a reverse phase signal generating unit(130) generating a reverse phase signal against the detected vibration and noise; and a vibration signal generation unit(140) generating a vibratory signal based on the generated reverse phase signal.
