PURPOSE: An emergency ladder is provided to expand during emergency situations even in conditions of rust by minimizing the contact area between stepping parts of ladder units. CONSTITUTION: An emergency ladder comprises a ladder(20) and a ladder receipt box(40). The ladder is extended by connecting a plurality of ladder units to be folded and unfolded in a longitudinal direction. A ladder unit is composed of stepping parts. A height part(11) forms the height of the stepping parts. The stepping part includes a connecting part for coupling the height parts. The ladder receipt box comprises a top cover(30), a bottom cover and a fixing member(32) The top cover is located on the upper layer based on an inter-layer slab of a building. The fixing member couples the ladder units.
