PURPOSE: A solid imaging apparatus and an electronic device are provided to arrange a connection wiring line, which is connected to a floating diffusion part in each shared pixel, the source of a reset transistor, and the gate of an amplification transistor, along a column direction. CONSTITUTION: A shared pixel, which shares a pixel transistor, has a pixel area which is two-dimensionally arranged in a plurality of photo electro transforming part. The shared pixel transistor is partitioned and arranged to the column direction of the shared pixel. The shared pixel transistor is arranged between neighboring shared pixels by crossing the top and bottom and reversing the left and light. A connection wiring line, which is connected to a floating diffusion part(FD) in each shared pixel, the source of a reset transistor(Tr3), and the gate of an amplification transistor(Tr3), is arranged along a column direction. |
