PURPOSE: An integrated circuit and a method for forming the integrated circuit are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and offer whole system to an IC(Integrated Circuit) called SOC(System On Chip) or SOIC(System on Integrated Circuit). CONSTITUTION: An integrated circuit comprises a first memory array, a logic circuit, and gate electrodes. The logic circuit is connected to the first memory array. All active transistors of all memory cells in the first memory array and all active transistors of the logic circuit are fin field effect transistors(FinFETs) and have gate electrodes which are arranged to a first longitudinal direction. The first memory array includes one or more dummy memory cells which are arranged near in at least one or more of all activating transistors of the first memory array.
