PURPOSE: A building ceiling construction device is provided to reduce the risk of safety accidents by stabilizing the construction state of a ceiling. CONSTITUTION: A building ceiling construction device comprises a main T-bar(20), a cross T-bar(30) and a fixing clip. The main T-bar is installed on the lower-part of fixing equipment at a regular interval. A flange part(22) is formed on both sides of the lower part of the main T-bar. A jaw(24) is formed on the upper side of the main T-bar in order to be connected with the fixing equipment. A flange part(32) for installing board is formed on both lower part of the cross T-bar. The fixing clip comprises a body(21), a protruded part, and an insertion hole.
