A decorative covering device for a moving motor vehicle 1 comprising an attaching means via vertical and horizontal straps 2 and 2b which are attached to a vehicle by means of detachable hooks 3 joined to straps 2 via elastic loops 4. Attaching devices 6 on straps 2 and 2b reciprocate with devices 8 on a decorative cover 7 to secure cover to a motor vehicle. Attaching means 6 and 6 may take the form of studs (10, Figure 6) and hinged surrounding washer (12, Figure 7). In use a centre-in (13, Figure 7) penetrates hole (10b, Figure 6) of attaching stud 10 and two semi-circular box structures (12a, 12b, Figure 7) hinged together (12e, Figure 7) close around the penetrated stud (13) to fasten the decorative cover 7 to straps 2, 2b. |
