PURPOSE: A calibration device and method of a composite sensor is provided to automatically calibrate by using surrounding environment without a separate tool. CONSTITUTION: A calibration device and method of a composite sensor comprises a flat panel extraction part(303), a first feature point(401), a second feature point(404) and a transform parameter calculation part. The flat panel extraction part extracts one flat surface from first data which is obtained by a first sensor. The flat panel extraction part extracts the first feature point from the first feature point, based on the flat panel. The second feature point projects the first feature point on the second data obtained from the second sensor. The transform parameter calculation part calculates the coordinate transform parameter between the second sensor and the first sensor by using the first and second feature points.
