PURPOSE: A flexible electronic paper display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to have different colors on each surface of a bichrome particle and manufacture a capsule with a uniform surface electric charge. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a flexible electronic paper display panel comprises steps of: manufacturing a plurality of bichrome particles(310) in which a first and a second part(308,309) are connected with each other; manufacturing a second structure which has a first substrate(301), a first electrode layer(303), a first micro cavity(307), a second substrate(302), a second electrode layer(304), and a second cavity; injecting the bichrome particle within a first micro cavity; and combining the first and the second substrates in order to locate the bichrome particle within the micro cavity.
