PURPOSE: A fixing apparatus for a display device is provided to fix a display device using a spacer. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(100) fixes a display device(10) on a wall. A spacer(200) maintains the gap between the display device and the wall. The spacer supports two or more areas among the rear part of the display device. The gap between the display device and the wall can be adjusted using the spacer.
