PURPOSE: A vehicle progressing sensing camera is provided to sense the progress of a vehicle by a camera and to perform the recording of an image. CONSTITUTION: A CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera(10) takes a photograph of an image of a vehicle(C). A proceeding sensing reader sets up a vehicle entry point and a vehicle passage point in the photographed image. The sensing reader reads out a vehicle proceeding direction. A signal processing unit(30) converts a reading signal into a driving signal.
