PURPOSE: A power transfer system for an amphibious vehicle is provided to improve fuel efficiency by concentrating the power of an engine on a water propeller. CONSTITUTION: A power transfer system for an amphibious vehicle comprises a propeller shaft(200), a wheel clutch(320), a rotary shaft(330), multiple gear devices(300), and a clutch unit(400). The propeller shaft is rotated by receiving power from an engine. A first gear(310) is installed in the propeller shaft. The wheel clutch selectively connects and separates the first gear to/from the propeller shaft. The rotary shaft has a second gear connected to the first gear. The gear devices are connected to the second gear or a third gear coupled to the rotary shaft. The clutch unit selectively connects and separates the propeller shaft to/from a water propeller(WP).
